So finally I'm adding the description.
I, myself wasn't 100% satsfied with this. I had a hard time to draw the federal Hall and faild to draw other buildings in the background. Another thing I dislike is the fact that the picture seems so static and like there is no movement in it, even though I tried.
It was strange to read that some people liked the movement in this pic. XD Well maybe I didn't failed so hard.
Also it seems like I did a good job on the flames.
Anyway Thank you to everyone who voted for me. Thanks!
