Rose and Tilia by konfuse Rose and Tilia by konfuse
Hello!
Wanted to do something decent again.
And since I´m in a total flash about my Before-After Characters and wanted to do something in Acryl again... here we go.
I had this nice cardboard and drew this on one half.
So I still have a half.
Wondering if I could earn money with my acryl paintings.
I think it is one of the arts I can really do good enough to make money with... dang it.

I have to admit I cheated a little bit with Fineliner - markers to add details in the face.
I don´t know why but my fines brush was killed it seems. Can´t do fine stuff atm.
Plus I did some computer re-doing with the eyes, because the photo I did is rather cheap.
(The background is jade-green in reality)

Uh enough nonesense.
Beside there is no special sense in this pic anyway! just wanted to draw the two elven girls here.
And do an intresting background without sense too.
(We can say they are inside and that in the back is a wallpaper :XD:)

anyway I hope you like.

Rose & Tilia (c) me, ~konfuse

Thank you very much XD
Tilia is kinda easy. Her hair is reddish-brown
her neckkerchief is green
and everything else is brown-reddisch

I really like the white fluff on Rose's vest. Very nice. :3

And is it just me or do the outfits sort of change slightly from drawing to drawing? XD;;

Thank you very much :D

Uhm yeah xD; it changes... mainly because I´m too stupid to find the right colours again and again but the "official" version is they have more than one outfit. *cough*
The only thing that Tilia wears all the time is her neckerchief... and Rose is always having her flute with her... and I forgot it *headdesk*

anyway thank you again xD

It wasn't necessarily the colors I was referring to but the outfit designs. XD; I guess having more than one outfit would take care of that problem. It would also give anyone a bit of leeway who might try to draw one of the characters to be a little inventive with the outfit design so long as certian important details are there. X3

oh yeah...
well I always thought they have diffrent outfits.
One typical when you traveling around and others.
For that as you said, it´s ok to give them any outfit, as long as certain important details are there.
You really said that well XD

still need to do some charactersheets ... *sighn*
not easy, not easy

I was pretty bad about keeping a record of consistancy with certian characters and outfit designs. Certian details seem to still change from picture to picture (especially scars), but others like, say, the amount of knives carried on Kavak's pants, had to be decided and stay consistant from drawing to drawing.

Keep a good fullbody drawing on hand to use as a ref to refer to for those types of troublesome high detail pics to work off of. If you rely on memory alone, things tend to change from pic to pic, not that it's a bad thing (it's just what happens).
